Shippings and returns


Shipments are made within 48 hours from the moment you order your items (excluding public holidays and customization products).
Right now we are using BRT for Italy (Bartolini) and FedEx for foreign countries.

Returns Policy

Would you like to return something?
You have 7 days to return the goods and ask for the refund.

Here's how to do in 4 easy steps:

  • Login to your account and go to PREVIOUS ORDERS to see the list of your purchases on www.ublack. com
  • Select the item you want return/change.
  • Go to RETURN GOODS box and write the reason you want to change or return the purchased goods.
  • Click on "goods return note".
  • Send the parcel to this address:

  • Once you sent the parcel, you have to write an email at with the tracking number.
  • Once we receive the parcel, any refund will be automatically issued.

REMEMBER: the goods must not have been damaged, worn or have been removing the identification tags. It must be in the same state in which we sent you.
Return goods must not have been damaged or worn and should include tags.
