SHIPPING
Shipments are made within 48 hours from the receipt of the order (excluding holidays and product customizations). Delivery times range from 2 to 7 working days. Currently, we are using BRT for Italy and FedEx for abroad.

For customers residing outside the European Union, customs charges may apply.

U BLACK'S RETURN POLICY
Do you want to return the merchandise you've purchased? You have 7 days to return the merchandise to us and request a refund.

Here's how to do it in 4 simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to ORDER HISTORY to see the list of your purchases on www.ublack.com.
  2. Select the item you want to return or exchange.
  3. Go to the RETURNS section and write the reason for wanting to exchange or return the purchased merchandise.
  4. Then click on "Create a return note."

After you've shipped it, you'll need to inform us of the tracking number via email at hello@u-black.com. Once the package arrives, we will process the refund immediately.

Remember: the merchandise must not have been damaged, worn, or had the identification tags removed. In other words, it must be in the same condition as when we sent it to you.
